COMMUNITY CENTER DIRECTOR - CALDWELL BOROUGH, Essex County.
The Borough of Caldwell Community Center is currently seeking a full-time qualified
Director to manage all departments of the Community Center. The facility includes a
fitness center with a complete range of up-to-date exercise equipment, spin room,
indoor swimming pool and gymnasium. The Director is responsible for management
of sales, revenue, and the overall financial success of the facility.  In addition, the
Director is responsible for the recruiting, hiring, and developing employees; supervising
center operations; facility management; marketing execution and customer service.  
Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.  The applicant must possess
3-5 years of experience managing all operations of a large fitness facility.

CALDWELL HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION
SEEKS TO FILL VACANCY



Caldwell – The Caldwell Historic Preservation Commission is looking for a
qualified individual to fill a vacancy on the five member commission.  
The vacancy is for a Class A member, “who shall be a person who is knowledgeable
in building design and construction or architectural history.”  
Typically this would be an architect, city planner, contractor with
experience is restoring historic buildings or an architectural historian.  
That individual need not be a Caldwell resident, although that is preferred. 

Commenting on the vacancy, Caldwell Mayor Ann Dassing said,
“the ideal candidate would have the required skills
and be committed to working with our residents to
preserve the Borough’s rich architectural heritage.”  

People interested in becoming a Class A commissioner should submit a
